DELO ELC

Delo Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze products are single phase, ethylene glycol based products available in various dilutions that are based on patented aliphatic carboxylate corrosion inhibitor technology specifically formulated for heavy duty cooling system applications that require nitrite.

Uses

Delo Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze products are recommended for use in a wide variety of cooling system applications including on-road, off-road and stationary engine applications.  These products are also recommended in mix fleet applications where heavy duty and light duty trucks are present.  Please check your OEMs coolant recommendations.

Benefits

Managing costs – Helps eliminate the cost of using SCAs (supplemental coolant additives), regular testing and the manpower required to perform these tasks effectively eliminating those costs when compared to conventional or fully formulated coolants.

Compatibility – compatible with other coolant formulations and supplemental coolant additives.  Chevron recommends that this product not be diluted by more that 25% with other coolant formulations.  Dilution by more that 25% will reduce extended life properties.

Biodegradability – Biodegradable in its unused form.

Stability – Storage stable for a minimum of 8 years as purchased.

KENDALL GT-1 W/ TITANIUM

Premium Synthetic Blend Passenger Car Engine Oil; Fortified with Liquid Titanium Protection Additive Kendall GT-1 High Performance Synthetic Blend Motor Oil with Liquid Titanium protection additive is a premium quality part synthetic automotive engine oil designed to provide excellent engine protection for gasoline fueled and Flex-fuel passenger cars and light trucks under all operating conditions.

Uses

Gasoline-fueled and flex-fuel passenger cars, light trucks and sport utility vehicles. Four-stroke cycle gasoline engines in other mobile or stationary equipment. Frequently drive in stop and go traffic. Take a lot of short trips. Drive more than 3,000 miles between oil changes. Have a car with fuel injection system, a turbocharger, intercooler, overhead cams or a multivalve combustion chamber. Drive in very hot or very cold weather.

DEF

A specific composition of urea for application in transportation to reduce the amount of nitrogen oxides (Nox) emitted into the air by diesel engines. DEF Is a high purity chemical, comprised of 32.5% urea & 67.5% de-ionized water. Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Technology uses DEF to reduce NOx emissions to near zero. SCR is a well established, safe technology that is already used in the denoxing of power plants. Under temperatures below 12 degrees Fahrenheit at which DEF will freeze, trucks will be immediately operation throughout the DEF tank thawing process. There is no concern regarding thermal stress with the plastic DEF tank. Tanks have been extensively tested in a variety of extreme climates.

Uses

To Reduce Nox, a small amount of DEF is injected directly into the exhaust upstream of a catalyst.  The DEF vaporizes and decomposes to form ammonia (MH3), which in conjunction with the SCR catalyst, reacts with NOx to convert the pollutant into nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O)

DIESEL 50 PLUS

Diesel 50 plus is a true premium diesel as defined by the joint EMA/TMC (Engine Manufacturers Association/The Maintenance Council) Consensus Specification for Premium Diesel Fuel. This means Diesel 50 plus delivers improved performance and increased engine durability. The engine cetane number rating of a diesel fuel defines its ignition quality. DIESEL 50 plus has a minimum engine cetane number rating (D613) of 50. The higher engine cetane rating of DIESEL 50 plus means easier ignition and quicker starting at lower emperatures. Means cleaner burning fuel with reduced smoke and odor while providing faster, smoother warm-ups and quieter operation. Will provide maximum fuel efficiency resulting in increased mpg and increased operating hours. Fuel mileage may increase 3% to 5%.

Delo 400 LE SAE 15W-40 is a mixed fleet motor oil recommended for naturally aspirated and turbocharged four-stroke diesel engines and four-stroke gasoline engines in which the API CJ-4 service category and SAI 15W-40 viscosity grade are recommended. GUARDOL ECT TI 15W40

Premium Synthetic Blend API CJ-4 Diesel Engine Oil; Fortified with Liquid Titanium Protective Additive Guardol ECT (Emission Compatible Technology) Motor Oil with Liquid Titanium protection additive is a premium quality, part synthetic API CJ-4 engine oil developed for use in four-stroke cycle diesel engines designed to meet 2007 and later EPA on-highway exhaust emissions standards. It is specially formulated for compatibility with exhaust after treatment systems using diesel particulate filters (DPF), diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC) and/or selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems. Valvoline’s Premium Blue Engine Oil is designed to provide advanced lubricant performance in modern, emissions treatment equipped diesel engines, including all types Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF). When used in conjunction with Ultra-Low Diesel Sulfur fuel, this product technology offers a long-life, extended drain capable, balanced formulation which helps maximize engine durability as well as after treatment cleanliness.

Uses

It provides excellent performance in “mixed fleet” gasoline engines, pickup and delivery, city fleet, long haul over-the-road, and off-highway applications and meets all the requirements for Tier IV off-road engines and is backwards compatible with Tier III.

DELO SYNTHETIC GREASE SF

Delo synthetic Grease SF is a high performance grease specifically engineered for trailer wheel ends operating in a wide range of conditions. Delo Synthetic Grease SF is manufactured using polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base oil, a polyurea thickener, rust and oxidation inhibitors, extreme pressure additives, and a special combination of friction reducing agents. It is gold in color with a smooth, semifluid texture. Delo Synthetic Grease SF is formulated to perform in demanding conditions of high and low temperatures.

Uses

Recommended for use in trailer axles.  It flows smoothly and evenly at temperatures as low as – 45°C (-50 °F) and continues to lubricate efficiently at temperatures  up to 190 °C (385 °F).  It provides many advantages in trailer axle lubrication, compared to mineral oil-based grease, such as Excellent low temperature properties (i.e. lower starting torque).  Oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Excellent antiwear/low friction performance throughout the operation temperature range.
